Healthcare Consultant Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle project management for Veteran-focused healthcare programs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to design and implement healthcare interventions.
• Conduct current-state assessments and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create high-visibility deliverables (business cases, plans, manuals, evaluations).
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Monitor performance indicators to enable data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 11+ years or master’s with relevant experience in consulting/healthcare.
• PMP certification required; Prosci/Lean Six Sigma/SAFe Agile a plus.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, process improvement, change management, and research.
• Experience designing or evaluating healthcare programs or transformations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
