• Lead the company’s Legal and Government Relations agenda
• Advise the CEO and leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law; business/public policy background advantageous
• 8+ years legal experience, 3–5 years in senior/leadership role
• Strong Government Relations, regulatory, or public policy experience
• Understanding of Ukrainian regulatory processes; relevant tech/digital sectors
• Expertise in corporate/commercial law, governance, compliance, contracting
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, licensing, data protection, cybersecurity
