• Advise on complex payment processing operations, regulatory requirements, and market expansion
• Translate complex legal requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions with product &
• Cover international regulatory landscape: money transmission, AML, sanctions, card network rules
• Identify legal risks early and support development of compliant payment products.
• Collaborate with leadership to align legal strategy with commercial objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
• At least 5 years of legal experience in fintech, banking, payments, or related field.
• Expertise in payment systems and familiarity with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of payment processing, compliance, and global digital commerce.
• Ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for complex commercial agreements.
