📋 Description
- Own and lead the monthly SIOP process, coordinating stakeholders to balance demand and supply.
- Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments to support planning
- Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and delivery needs.
- Monitor SIOP performance indicators like forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Review safety stock and set targets based on volatility and lead times.
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory while maintaining service levels.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration
- 7+ years as a Master Scheduler or senior planning/scheduling role in manufacturing/ops.
- Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline and its planning/MRP functionality.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, MPS, and SIOP.
- ERP/MRP aptitude; Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
