Job Description
📋 Description
- Monitor client infrastructure and networks using provided tools
- Handle incident management via ITIL-based ITSM (ServiceNow)
- Answer calls from client contacts to open or check status of incidents
- Troubleshoot network-related alerts/incidents and escalate as needed
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, Exchange/O365)
- Work with carriers and 3rd party vendors on hardware/circuit issues
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in multiple technologies
- Networking: Firewalls, Routers, switches, wireless; Cisco and/or Palo Alto preferred
- Experience with servers, storage, virtualization, cloud
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ITIL-based ticketing (ServiceNow helpful)
- Experience with IT observability/monitoring tools (Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds)
