LPN - Private Duty Homecare

📋 Description

• Evening shift opportunity providing one-on-one care
• Support pediatric, infant, and/or adult clients in private duty home care
• Rotating evening hours available; 4:30p-11:00p etc. may apply
• Electronic charting using Statewise and related clinical processes
• One-on-one client care with comprehensive in-home nursing tasks
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing (state-specified)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with ability to provide pediatric and/or adult care
• Available for evening shifts; PRN, part-time, or full-time options
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care mindset
