Vendor Security & Standards Manager

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the global vendor security standards framework, ensuring requirements
• Establish and enforce clear security compliance expectations for carriers, 3PLs, freight
• Ensure vendors formally accept applicable security requirements before beginning operational
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced physical inspections at vendor facilities, transit locations, and
• Verify controls such as access management, personnel screening, CCTV, handling procedures
• Produce detailed inspection reports, document compliance gaps, identify systemic risks, and provide

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional experience in supply chain security compliance, vendor auditing, physical
• Proven experience conducting physical security inspections and compliance assessments across
• Strong experience managing corrective action processes, including documenting deficiencies, setting
• Deep knowledge of supply chain security standards, particularly TAPA FSR and/or TAPA TSR.
• Strong understanding of physical security controls within logistics environments, including access
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
