Recruitment Specialist

📋 Description

• Run recruitment process with HRBP
• Create attractive realistic vacancy descriptions
• Determine best communication and recruitment channels with HRBP for each vacancy
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn (Recruiter Seat), VDAB, referrals, campus recruitment; build talent
• Conduct interviews and ensure excellent candidate experience
• Represent BESIX at job fairs and strengthen employer brand

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally several years experience in recruitment & selection (agency or corporate)
• Competency-based interviewing; challenge to find scarce profiles (both blue- and white-collar)
• Affinity with construction/infrastructure or contracting law is a big plus
• Energetic, positive, digitally strong and fluent with social media & sourcing tools (ATS
• Clear Dutch and/or English communication (French is nice to have)
