• Possible leadership roles at city center or airport, Spain
• Overview across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, Performance Management
• On-the-job operations from day one with training in communication, conflict resolution, sales
• Close collaboration with Branch Managers and Area Directors

🎯 Requirements

• Growth mindset; degree or experience in sales, customer service, tourism/hospitality/management
• Leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit; proactive, self-starting
• Strong communication; English skills; other languages a plus
• Proactive attitude; able to work independently and take responsibility
• Willingness to relocate and move between locations; driving license in Spain
• Mobility willingness across islands or locations
