Job Description
📋 Description
- You design and evolve SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Create and evolve SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition, ensuring compensation, benefits and rewards
- Partner with HR, Finance and leadership to translate business strategy into rewards programs.
- Lead compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs; manage annual processes and
- Oversee enterprise-wide benefits programs, vendor management, and LOA-related policies.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of total rewards experience with advanced compensation design and benefits strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related; advanced degrees/certifications (CCP, GRP
- Strong proficiency in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS, and
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into insights.
