- Lead multi-property operations across student housing portfolio.
- Provide operational oversight and financial management for multiple communities.
- Partner with property teams, regional leadership, and home-office support.
- Improve resident satisfaction and operational success.
- Collaborate with HR to onboard and develop site staff.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and reporting across properties.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years in student housing property management.
- Regional or Area Management experience preferred.
- Operational knowledge and project management skills.
- Experience managing remote teams.
