People & HR Operations Specialist - Italy

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Data, reporting, and process automation using AI tools
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners
• Improve HR operations with technology-driven solutions
• Contribute to employer branding and internal comms
• Ensure GDPR compliance and accuracy across HR systems

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Humanities, Digital Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fields
• 2–5 years HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL
• Native Italian with English proficiency (minimum B2)
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zucchetti, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookup, Power Query) and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
