📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
• Carry out key operational functions: shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on sales floor and stockroom
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store goals during peak periods

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales and operational experience
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to stand for an entire shift; capable of movement around store
• Flexible with part-time schedule, up to ~20 hours/week during peak season
