🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years paralegal in law firm or 4 years in-house with corporate focus
- Bachelor's degree; paralegal certification preferred
- Knowledge of capital markets and governance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Research, drafting, proofreading skills
- Proficiency with AI tools and KM tech
