📋 Description

• Build, manage, and continuously improve a global privacy program including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and
• Develop and oversee privacy disclosures, consent practices, records of processing, DSRs, and
• Manage data processing agreements, cross-border transfers, data localization, and privacy-related
• Develop and maintain breach response procedures and provide legal guidance on privacy and data
• Advise on collection and use of biometric and health data, including privacy reviews for new
• Lead legal support for FTC requirements and consumer protection matters, including health/wellness

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house background.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. privacy law (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, FTC).
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders and manage privacy/regulatory matters independently.
• Versatile generalist with experience beyond a single specialty (contracts, litigation, product
• Strong judgment, communication, and ability to work with limited process and autonomy.
