Job Description
📋 Description
- Coordinate materials, equipment, logistics, documentation, site administration, and project
- Lead material-handling activities and ensure equipment and materials are properly received
- Verify shipments against master shipping and packing lists; document missing, damaged, or incorrect
- Establish and maintain systems for material receipt, inventory, storage, release, stock control
- Monitor logistics from ports, airports, warehouses to project sites and manage temporary
- Maintain complete documentation for deliveries, inspections, preservation activities, damages
🎯 Requirements
- Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction, Project Management
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, engineering
- Strong understanding of field-service processes, project coordination, material management, and
- Experience coordinating materials, equipment, contractors, suppliers, logistics, or construction
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to maintain accurate records, schedules
- Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
