🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Experience promoting a people-first employee culture
• Outstanding, ongoing, clear communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams with high engagement
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and jump in when needed
• Passion for building exceptional customer and employee experiences
