Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support and hands-on instruction to individuals with I/DD
• Ensure health, safety, and achievement of service goals
• Offer companionship and personalize care to promote independence
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating)
• Administer medications following protocols
• Prepare meals and snacks; light housekeeping; laundry

🎯 Requirements

• Previous DSP or caregiver experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Person-centered focus
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible
• Ability to lift and transfer
• Team player with strong communication
