Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Westfarms Mall

📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak/high-volume periods with guest experiences and brand mission.
• Execute key inventory, shipment, receiving, and in-store replenishment tasks.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor; assist with floor moves and product flow.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business and guest needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, inviting, and efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to drive guest satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales or operational experience (retail a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/move for long shifts.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset.
• Must be able to work during holiday blackout period (Thanksgiving to end of January).
• Attention to detail; ability to follow policies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Strong merchandising sensibility and willingness to learn product knowledge.
