• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Assist with shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong business acumen and ability to use metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
• Move and respond quickly to guest and business needs
