📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality pediatric care (birth-18) at home/school
• Provide complex care, including trach & vent management
• Provide family education
• Perform clinical assessments
• Provide nursing care per care plan
• Administer medication, treatment, and therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license
• Home health experience welcomed, but not required
• We will train you
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Calm, listening, assessment, and strong communication
