- Support a fast-paced U.S. local government legal practice remotely.
- Manage a portfolio of advisory, transactional, legislative, and litigation matters.
- Prepare legal/municipal documents, coordinate deadlines, and manage communications.
- Assist city departments, council activities, contracts, and government initiatives.
- Maintain ownership, high standards, and deadline-driven momentum.
- Collaborate with multiple attorneys and support teams while working under pressure.
🎯 Requirements
- Approximately 2–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a U.S.-based firm or legal
- Strong litigation exposure and experience supporting multiple attorneys.
- Ability to manage a large volume of concurrent matters with accuracy and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to produce polished legal documents.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, follow-through, and deadline management.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work with limited supervision.
