📋 Description

• Oversee treasury, banking, and cash management operations for a commercial mortgage loan servicing
• Lead supervisors and team leads; emphasize risk management, control execution, and scalable process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banks to ensure borrower cash is controlled
• Direct liaison with external banks on cash activity, account administration, system connectivity
• Manage bank accounts opening/closing, access controls, and system connectivity per governing
• Oversee cash management operations including lockbox structures and servicing system integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in cash management, treasury systems, banking platforms, and reconciliation tools.
• Experience with bank connectivity, system integrations (e.g., Trintech CheckFree), and cash
• Strong regulatory, compliance, and internal control knowledge within financial services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with banking partners, auditors, and internal teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills; ability to identify and remediate operational gaps.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
