📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and senior-level G&A roles
• Advise executives on workforce needs and hiring strategy
• Lead intake sessions translating priorities into search plans
• Use AI to accelerate market research, sourcing, and engagement
• Build pipelines across technology, aerospace, defense, manufacturing
• Assess candidates with structured practices on leadership and fit

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including G&A or corporate functions
• Experience recruiting Finance, Legal, or other complex functions
• Independently lead complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer
• Advise executives using data and market insights
• Hands-on with AI, automation, and recruiting technology
• Strong analytical skills translating talent data into actions
