📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink during peak periods
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment and stockroom standards
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with merchandising and floor sets
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with strong product knowledge and customer service
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales and operational experience
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow store procedures
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume retail shifts during holiday season
