• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak and high-volume periods with guest
• Execute inventory, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and floor-set updates to ensure smooth
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and maintain visual standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to resolve process or system gaps and improve inventory accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain safe, inviting store environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric, sales/operational retail environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; long periods of standing and movement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; aligns with brand principles
• Experience with inventory control, merchandising, and stockroom processes
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
