📋 Description
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and related
- Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs) and support clinicians to thrive and
- Flexible hybrid remote work option with telehealth-enabled elements as clinically appropriate.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBA/BT staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Balance clinical duties with administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
- Support families and collaborate with other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in human services or related field (as indicated by Cortica requirements).
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and leading ABA teams.
- Ability to work in a transdisciplinary, patient-centered care environment.
- Flexibility to operate in a hybrid remote/on-site work model.
