📋 Description

• Execute key store operations to support peak, high-volume periods
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold ALO brand mission
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, inviting store environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Willingness to work during Blackout/holiday periods
