- Oversee day-to-day vegetative cultivation ops
- Lead Cultivation Associates on daily tasks
- Partner with leadership to execute the grow plan
- Maintain plant health and garden operations
- Monitor rooms and environmental/irrigation systems
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year in commercial cannabis, agriculture, or landscaping
- Strong leadership and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and compliance culture
- Familiar with trackers, inventory systems, and basic computer tools
- Ability to measure, label, and dispose plant material per regs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
