Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a multi-station production department in a fulfillment center
• Oversee inbound operations and end-to-end production, including inventory management
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity per standards
• Coordinate shift activities to meet DC procedures and outbound quality
• Support lean culture of inventory, people, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, operations or 2 years of managerial experience
• Experience in warehousing/3PL/distribution or manufacturing preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• English/Spanish bilingual desired but not required
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment
