Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead regional medical affairs for ophthalmology field activities.
- Engage investigators, key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers.
- Support Phase 3 programs, trial sites, and protocol education.
- Coordinate quarterly engagement objectives across priority accounts.
- Help build scalable field medical organization and leadership of MSLs.
- Represent the company at scientific congresses and investigator meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred (PharmD/PhD/OD/MD/NP/PA).
- 7–8+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device with field medical or MSL leadership.
- Experience in ophthalmology or related areas preferred.
- Experience supporting Phase 3 programs and clinical development.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and compliant scientific exchange.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
