📋 Description
- The Senior People Partner partners with leaders, managers, and employees to deliver HR initiatives
- Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent development
- Acts as a trusted advisor, interprets HR policies, and helps resolve issues with a proactive
- Collaborates with Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR functions to
- Supports full employee lifecycle while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.
- On-site resource for HR operations and employee experience across departments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years in HR, with experience in business partnering, employee relations, or related areas.
- Experience with various employee types (full-time, union, project, contractors).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and knowledge of employment compliance.
- Ability to think strategically and collaborate across HR functions.

- Pay Range: $130k - $145k USD.
