📋 Description

• Builds and leads clinical research teams for sites engagement
• Supports country management: resource, budget, study delivery
• Oversees country trial performance and KPIs
• Collaborates with stakeholders to drive portfolio success
• Leads site and investigator interactions to position AbbVie as partner
• May lead TA responsibilities and training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent in health-related field
• 5+ years monitoring experience; 1+ year line management
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional skills
• Ability to manage risk, quality, and regulatory adherence
• Experience with audits, CAPA, and site inspections
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change
