📋 Description

• Lead execution and development of medical education strategy for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI).
• Design education programs with content for virtual and in-person formats to support HCPs.
• Collaborate with international/local stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, compliant
• Manage projects from concept to evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Travel for select programs, events, and conventions as needed.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to future budget planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Pharma or device industry experience in training or education in a matrix organization
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced Japanese and English communication (TOEIC 800+)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• High scientific/educational standards and regulatory compliance awareness
