📋 Description

• Lead procurement for Astranis-designed hardware from contract manufacturers.
• Oversee high-volume, production-critical components (machined parts, electronics, assemblies).
• Collaborate with Production, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Drive supplier performance, resolve production challenges, build partnerships.
• Manage cradle-to-grave procurement process from intent to purchase.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Chemistry (or equivalent).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• World-class procurement operations expertise; able to drive change.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices, contracts, and regulations.
• Supplier scorecard techniques to drive supplier management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
