📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as assigned
• Support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living and health-related tasks
• Work within BAYADA guidelines to deliver compassionate, reliable care
• Collaborate with a team to create a great patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but training will be provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to being present and delivering quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
