Fund Implementation Lead (M)

📋 Description

• Own full client implementations end-to-end across workstreams.
• Escalate complex fund structures within nearshore team.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
• Develop fluency in fund structures, calculations, and workflows.
• Partner with US Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in private funds industry experience.
• Experience implementing software, systems, or processes from spec to live.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, Math, or related.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with complex fund structures and calculations.
• Experience handling large data sets with attention to detail.
