📋 Description

• As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), work one‑on‑one with children in
• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data and share progress with the clinical team.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior in children.
• If you love working with children or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or
• Flexible scheduling with after‑school hours and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
