📋 Description
- As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), work one‑on‑one with children in
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and track session data and share progress with the clinical team.
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior in children.
- If you love working with children or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or
- Flexible scheduling with after‑school hours and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
