Clinical Business Analyst – Clinical Documentation

📋 Description

• Support standardization and implementation of clinical documentation practices, workflows
• Gather and analyze requirements from physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical SMEs, and
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs, workflow requirements
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and translate clinical requirements into functional and
• Develop and maintain BA deliverables supporting clinical documentation and inpatient medicine.
• Contribute to design and implementation of clinical workflows within CIS, EHR, or EMR environments.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Analyst or similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical documentation, including requirements gathering
• At least 5 years of experience supporting large-scale acute-care digital health transformations or
• Direct experience implementing CIS/EHR/EMR at a comparable scale.
• Demonstrated experience developing clinical deliverables supporting Inpatient Medicine.
