• Operate and maintain production machines (bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL
• Troubleshoot and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safety
• Report completed orders using approved systems
• Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
• Maintain and replenish equipment and stations for next shift

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with willingness to learn
• Experience in troubleshooting and running machines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Proficient in written and verbal English for work instructions
