📋 Description

• Lead clinical research teams partnering with investigative sites
• Support country heads with strategic management activities
• Oversee country trial performance, planning, budgeting, and delivery
• Drive site engagement with KOLs, investigators, and staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across sites
• Manage resources and budget to deliver on pipeline timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent in health-related field
• 5+ years of monitoring experience; 1+ year in line management preferred
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor, coach, and provide timely feedback
• Experience with regulatory standards (GCP, ICH) and QA processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and study timelines
