Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, medical needs
• Blend direct care with supervisory responsibilities across multiple programs onsite.
• Full-time schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; on-call 8am Mon-Fri to support staff across 4-5 programs.
• On-call rotation roughly every 3-6 weeks with some holidays; shared among on-call group.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Must have Designated Manager status per 245D licensing in MN.
• Three years supervising staff in human services per 245D requirements.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record; valid liability auto insurance.
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer as needed, and transport persons served.
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication, and flexibility; must be 18+ (21+ for
