📋 Description

• Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in person to support projects
• Maintain superior customer relations and manage project scheduling
• Coordinate client management and track projects
• Create new client accounts and link standard quotations in eLIMS
• Follow up Coupa orders and retrieve/archive documents
• Perform administrative duties to support customer service goals

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; science background asset
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Fluent English written and spoken; strong communication
• Professional, discreet, and customer-focused
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in fast pace
• Able to work independently within a team
