- Own sourcing and procurement across FM and Construction.
- Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance.
- Act as FM Category Manager; drive category performance.
- Support lifecycle CAPEX and OPEX planning for Sweden.
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or related field.
- Strong sourcing and supplier management experience.
- Excellent communication in Swedish and English.
- Proactive, data-driven, and collaborative mindset.
