🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Business Systems Architecture
• 3+ years of direct people management and building high-performing teams
• Experiences in CRM systems architecture and data governance
• Strong GTM domain knowledge: CPQ, lead routing, SLAs, territory planning
• Proficient in AI-driven workflows and analytics, with hands-on tooling (e.g., Power BI)
• Technical fluency: REST APIs, SQL, data models, and automation platforms
