Dispatcher - Day Shift

📋 Description

• Curate and assign test and commercial missions to ensure fleet utilization and daily objectives.
• Monitor mission execution, autonomy health, and status across crews to minimize downtime.
• Own the comms desk: maintain live availability, hand off coverage, and answer Waabi hotline.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate as needed; lead with Shift Supervisor when on-ground
• Hold go/no-go authority on departures and adjust when conditions require.
• Coordinate Operational Design Domain and policy calls; track exemption requests for approval.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in dispatch, fleet operations, mission control, or technical operations center.
• Ability to lead or supervise others; direct reports are a plus.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving; manage real-time workflows under pressure.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service.
• Experience in technical/testing environments; AV experience a plus.
• Proficiency with fleet management software, dispatch/routing tools, and telematics; quick learner
