Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - West Edmonton Mall

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, and processing; floor replenishment and floor set updates
• Move on floor to assess business needs and guest service opportunities
• Maintain visual standards and product flow; ensure safe, efficient operations
• Assist with store-level operations, budgets, expenses, and vendor relations as needed
• Provide exceptional guest experiences through product knowledge and service

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; stand and move for entire shift
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams
