Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium
• Daily plant care, environmental monitoring, harvest prep, and related tasks to support cultivation
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm in Fargo, ND.

🎯 Requirements

• Natural green thumb and passion for working with plants; experience harvesting in professional or
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment with strong collaboration and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
• Solid math and measurement skills; ability to operate a scale confidently.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8-10 hour shifts; lift up to 50 pounds; PPE as required.
