Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral/mental health
• Supervise and train mental health specialists; ensure program development, implementation
• Maintain flexible full-time schedule; may be part-time within homes; on-call for emergencies unless
• Fill direct service shifts with trained staff; limit direct service hours to 16 per week unless
• Coordinate with director for schedule adjustments as needed.
• Role includes occasional direct service with supervision requirements and policy adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs serving individuals with behavioral and serious mental
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
