🎯 Requirements

• Recruit, hire, mentor 10-20 PMO staff.
• Mentor PMO resources across planning, risk, cost, and quality.
• Strong program/project planning and budgeting skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication.
• MS Office, Smartsheets, Certinia PSA, Confluence (preferred).
• 10 years in client-facing services sales/delivery.
